INITIAL CONSULTATION
First time walkthrough of project with (or without) client to review scope and client's desired goals and objectives. This walk usually consists of photo documentation of key spaces, measurement of main walls, and discussion of preliminary design ideas. After the consultation, client will receive a digital Scope of Design, along with follow up questions for clarification, and client homework.
Typically lasts 1.5-2 hours. $250.00.
À LA CARTE SERVICES
For clients who are on the fence about working with a designer or DIYers who do not need full-service design, we offer à la carte services at hourly rates.
Services include: paint color selection, furnishing specification, space planning, millwork design, furniture design, conceptual imagery board, brand identity, digital drafting, construction administration and punchlist.
STAGING
Just moved into a new place, tired of your decor, time for a refresh, hosting an upcoming event, or needing to get a listing picture-ready? We offer staging services using client's existing furnishings and decor. Staging is billed hourly and we offer special pricing for Real Estate agents!
FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
After assessing the complete scope of a project, along with client goals and objectives, we will assemble a full design proposal based on the project requirements.
Depending on the project type, we can also put together a non-binding budget estimate so clients can better anticipate the project cost.
